• We are currently seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team at our Dublin HQ
• This role supports the EMEA region while working closely with Clio’s North American Finance Operations team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all AP processes

• As a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be a key member of our high-performing EMEA Finance team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and the integrity of our accounts payable processes. Manage, approve, and send the money!
• Process Ownership: Support the entire accounts payable cycle end to end. This includes creation and maintenance of vendor records, processing invoices and employee expense reports accurately, and coordinating with various departments to ensure all invoices are properly approved
• Monitoring the AP Inbox: scanning supporting documentation as necessary and triaging and responding to both internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Payment and Reconciliation: Prepare weekly payment runs (wire, EFT, ACH, SEPA, BAC, etc.), and reconcile vendor statements to identify discrepancies. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
• Credit Cards: Perform bi-monthly credit card reconciliations, by working with stakeholders across the Company to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and proper documentation of all charges incurred
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as an on-the-ground point of contact for AP activities within EMEA, ensuring professionalism and consistency in every interaction
• Accounting Support: Assist with month-end closing activities for EMEA, including accruals, prepaids, journal entries and AP reporting
• Other Ad Hoc Duties: Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks, projects and process improvement initiatives. Things move quickly at Clio, we buy companies, implement new technology, and scale teams rapidly. We need your skills to help us do it all
