Who you are

End to end Talent acquisition experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or tech scale-ups
Proven success in hiring across multiple disciplines (engineering, GTM, or product)
Excellent sourcing skills and ability to identify passive talent
Strong stakeholder management and collaborative communication style
Experience improving candidate experience and hiring process efficiency
Familiarity with modern ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workable)
Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
A growth mindset and a love for fast-paced, collaborative work

What the job involves

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be a key member of the People team, owning the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for multiple roles across our global business
You’ll partner with leaders to define hiring needs, craft great candidate experiences, and bring Vyntelligence’s mission and culture to life in every interaction
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, success profiles, and assessment criteria
Lead end-to-end recruitment across tech, product, and commercial functions
Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, networks, and creative channels
Manage an efficient and inclusive interview process, ensuring every candidate has a great experience
Partner with the People team on employer branding, onboarding, and DEI initiatives
Use data and insights to track performance (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, diversity metrics)
Ensure hiring processes reflect Vyntelligence’s values of Simplicity, Velocity, Mutuality, and Trust
Build a world-class talent function from the ground up

Our take

As businesses adapt to more mobile-first strategies, Vyntelligence noticed that the tools these companies use need to be adapted to that environment. The company creates business workflow tools that integrate high-value human intelligence through visual exchange solutions.

This elevating of the human touch within mobile-first involves the capturing of complex information and data through short videos. Leveraging the latest advances in AI, Vyntelligence’s computer vision technology can extract vital information from video data, labelling and extracting information to speed up customer response times, and critical decision-making for product teams.

Growth funding awarded by Octopus Ventures in 2024 will enable Vyntelligence to grow across the UK, Europe and the US. Partnerships with US candidate intelligence company Eightfold AI and Spanish fibre optics provider Lyntia indicate that Vyntelligence’s expansion is already underway.
