Senior Content Marketing Manager, Spoke

• Experience working in a startup environment and comfort in both strategic and hands-on/executional roles
• Extensive experience in content marketing, with a deep knowledge of SEO
• Proficiency with content management systems, SEO, keyword research, marketing automation, social media, and tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an exceptional command of the English language
• Background as an “in-house” content strategist, with B2B experience being a significant plus
• Ability to manage external freelancers and agencies, continually driving a large volume of content

Desirable

• As our Senior Content Marketing Strategist, you will develop, implement, and manage a content marketing plan that promotes Circuit’s products and story
• You will focus on engaging, informing, and attracting potential customers
• You'll be part of a small team at Circuit, working as an individual contributor and managing B2B content
• In other words, you should be comfortable in both a strategic and hands-on role—if you've worked for a startup before, you know what we mean!
• You’ll join our marketing team and report to our Marketing Director (check out the org chart on our careers page to learn more about them)
• Your number one goal is to educate, engage, and attract potential new customers to Circuit; how you do that is up to you
• Reporting to Fernando Lopez, Marketing Director
• Work with various collaborators to plan, oversee, and execute the content strategy from start to finish
• Plan, develop, design, produce, analyze, and measure content output based on our brand narrative, editorial direction, and voice
• Create an inbound and outbound strategy that generates leads, drives traffic, creates engagement and builds brand awareness
• Deliver content assets that are within budget, on brand, and assist with technical integration (including freelancers and agencies)
• Perform content audits, gap analysis, and best practices for all Circuit content (including blogs, social media, and marketing landing pages)
• Develop a solid understanding of Circuit's target audience by analyzing content marketing data
