Role
Who you are
- Experience in HR, ideally in an international setting
- Familiar with HR systems, policies, and processes
- Knowledge of local labor law (bonus if you know more than one!)
- Degree in HR, Business, Labor Law, or similar — or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English and advanced Spanish
- Super organized, independent, and a great communicator

- Hiring support – Occasionally join interviews and share your HR insights

Our take
If you've ever tried to source a part for a car repair, you'll know it can be a real nightmare. Vehicles are precision instruments but with a lack of standardisation, identifying the exact part you need can extremely difficult. TecAlliance was founded in 1994 to solve this problem, bringing together parts manufacturers to create a digital catalogue of everything automotive, and has since grown into a leading data analysis and order management platform for the aftermarket automotive industry.
The TecAlliance data hub standardises data for all parts and makes this information readily available for sellers, centralises official repair and maintenance workflows for easy access, and provides automation tools for invoicing and data quality checks. Compared to in-house solutions this represents huge savings in time and labour, and allows for greatly improved customer service. TecAlliance counts numerous major firms among its clients including AutoDoc, Bosch and Shaeffler to name a few.
TecAlliance continues to develop its product with strategic acquisitions, for instance, JNPSoft, a major product information software provider in North America. It is expanding its network of partners and subsidiaries and investing in data research to improve the effectiveness of its product range.
