- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably within Enterprise SaaS or B2B technology
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Proven experience in setting SMART objectives and tracking customer progress
- Confident in navigating complex organisations and engaging multiple stakeholders
- A self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently under pressure
- Results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes
What the job involves
- Cognism is on a mission to become the world's preferred lead generation platform and data provider for the Enterprise market
- Within our Customer Success team, you’ll join a group of dynamic and adaptable professionals who are passionate about driving customer growth and revenue
- We’re looking for a fluent German speaker who can build strong relationships with our DACH region customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Cognism
- Act as a trusted advisor to Enterprise customers in the DACH region, understanding their strategic objectives and aligning Cognism’s solutions to their goals
- Drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction, ensuring customers maximise the value of our platform
- Develop success plans and track key performance metrics, running Quarterly Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) to assess progress
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing tailored recommendations to enhance platform usage and business outcomes
- Resolve customer challenges quickly and effectively by collaborating with internal teams, escalating when necessary
- Lead multi-threaded engagement within customer organisations, building relationships across different stakeholders
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive additional value for customers
- Deliver onsite and remote support, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
- Work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Operations, and Product—to continually improve the customer journey
- Continuously assess customer needs and implement strategies that drive long-term success
