Who you are
- High School Diploma/GED Minimum
- Minimum 8-12+ years in marketing ops/digital/web roles in B2B tech; experience with complex, technical audiences

- Hands-on expertise with MAP+ CRM + analytics stack (and governance best practices)
- Strong grasp of web performance, SEO fundamentals, CRO, tagging, and reporting
- Operational rigor: process design, documentation, QA discipline, and stakeholder management
- Comfortable translating technical offerings into effective digital journeys (without dumbing down)
What the job involves
- As the Director, Website & Marketing Operations you will own Quantinuum's digital "front door" and the marketing operating system behind it
- You'll lead website strategy and performance, marketing automation and nurture operations, data/CRM hygiene, analytics/attribution, and the processes that connect marketing programs to sales outcomes - reliably and at scale
- Website strategy & performance: You'll own site roadmap, IA/navigation, key journeys (enterprise, government, partners, developers), and conversion goals
- Web ops & governance: Manage releases, QA, accessibility, privacy/cookie compliance, tag governance, and integrations (MAP/CRM/analytics)
- Conversion optimization: Run continuous experimentation (A/B tests), landing page standards, form strategy, and funnel improvements
- SEO/SEM operations: Drive technical SEO, content SEO enablement, paid search governance, and reporting; manage agencies/vendors as needed
- Marketing automation: Own the MAP (e.g., Marketo/HubSpot) configuration, templates, programs, scoring, routing, and lifecycle stage definitions
- Nurture & lifecycle: Build/operate drip programs and lifecycleflows aligned to technical buyer journeys; partner with PMM and field on content and sequencing
- Lead-to-sales interface: Define SLAs with RevOps/Sales, ensure fast routing, notifications, feedback loops, and closed-loop reporting
- Data & database hygiene: Own segmentation architecture, enrichment, dedupe, consent, and governance across CRM/MAP
- Analytics & attribution: Maintain dashboards for web+ funnel performance; deliver insights leadership trusts (pipeline impact, velocity, efficiency)
- Process & operating rhythm: Standardize intake, campaign setup, naming conventions, QA, launch checklists, and post-mortems

The processing power of quantum computing (QC) promises to yield substantial advances across dozens of diverse industries, from the development of pharmaceuticals, to the chemical industry and financial services. Billions are being poured into the steady development of these computers, both into the hardware and the specialised software which can harness these devices.
Quantinuum was formed out of the merger of Cambridge Quantum and Honeywell, QC software and hardware firms respectively. These two highly respected companies had independently made quite a stir in the QC space and attracted a high degree of investment, and their merger has created the world's largest integrated QC company, able to build and operate quantum computers at both the hardware and software level.
The organisation has moved fast and has already developed software and hardware for the application of QC in chemistry, natural language processing, machine learning, algorithms, and cybersecurity. All of these are exceedingly lucrative and high-stakes areas of business, and it is leaders in precisely these sectors (Google, for example, and IBM) who are investing so heavily into the QC project.
Quantinuum's software is system agnostic, allowing the advances it makes to be used on other quantum computers as well as its own, opening up major business opportunities. So Quantinuum is working in conjunction with some of the sector’s major players, whilst also pursuing high-value customers and lucrative market opportunities. It’s remarkable work, and impressively funded to match. It will continue substantially impacting the progress of key industries going forward.
