Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in operations, data analysis, and cross-functional project collaboration to join our team!
- Hands-on experience with Digital Touch/Scale product growth and customer success operations
- Familiarity with customer success processes and methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including interacting with leadership and other key team members
- 2-4+ years in SaaS Operations at a SaaS company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Pendo
- Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow
What the job involves
- Pluralsight’s Digital Success team is seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual contributor to help drive the growth and scalability of our organization
- Reporting to the Sr Director of Digital Customer Success, this person will collaborate with leadership, operations, and data science teams to ensure successful execution of key initiatives
- Support and lead key initiatives and programs aimed at evolving our Customer Success strategy, with a particular focus on balancing human-led and digital engagement efforts
- Help build and optimize digital workflows, ensuring that activities and timelines are well-defined and completed on time
- Track and report on key performance indicators for digital initiatives and experiments
