Who you are
- Experience: You have 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Associate who is a natural "builder" and ready to move with thoughtful urgency
- You won't just be following a playbook here—you'll be helping us write it
- Reporting directly to our Director of Enablement, you'll be the tactical engine behind our GTM teams
- We just hit a $2B valuation and are scaling faster than ever, which means our product and messaging change weekly
- We need someone who can keep our teams aligned, our content fresh, and our "product truth" documents accurate
- Content Creation & Design: Build sleek, professional slide decks and sales collateral that our reps are proud to use
- Maintain "Product Truth": Act as the guardian of our internal knowledge. When the product changes, you’re the first to update our guides and checklists; working hand in hand with our world class product team
- Enablement Logistics: Help manage the day-to-day operations of our Sales and CS Bootcamps, ensuring every new hire has a world-class onboarding experience
- Tactical Execution: Partner with leadership to update talk tracks, competitive battlecards (e.g., "EvenUp vs. Competition"), and qualification frameworks
- AI Implementation: Experiment with and implement new AI tools to make our internal enablement processes 1% better every day
Our take
Every year, millions of personal injury cases in the US are resolved with only a small fraction going to trial, leaving many victims potentially under-compensated due to inaccurate settlement proposals. EvenUp aims to change this by leveraging AI technology to streamline the assessment of injury cases.
The AI tools evaluate raw case files, including medical and police records, creating tailored "demand packages" that present comprehensive compensation arguments. This improves lawyer performance and victim outcomes.
Despite concerns about AI bias and privacy, EvenUp has garnered significant investor interest, closing a funding round in 2025 that was one of the largest in the history of legal AI. Now valued at over $2 billion, it is investing in its team and introducing new techniques and products for personal injury and other legal areas.
