Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in startup or fintech environments
- Proven track record of success in small, agile GTM teams with a history of executing on acquisition tactics from 0 to 1
- Strong critical thinking skills and growth mindset
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
- Strong background in CRM and marketing automation tools, with HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge considered a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- We value critical thinking and growth instincts over specific channel expertise
- Be able to execute flawlessly on acquisition tactics from start to finish
- Juggle multiple channels and initiatives with a strong understanding of how it all comes together
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to analyze the efficacy and impact of your work
- Always be testing and iterating to improve and build upon their existing work
- Put themselves in the shoes of the customer and understand how to create campaigns that resonate with their needs
- Curiosity, creativity and a bias towards challenging the status quo

- Passion for the startup or fintech industry is a plus

What the job involves
- Rho is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our lean but mighty GTM team, reporting to the Head of Growth
- We're not just looking for a channel manager; we seek a growth generalist with an intrinsic understanding of what fuels startups and the visions that drive them
- The Growth Marketing Manager will be an instrumental player in architecting and building a repeatable growth engine to attract startup founders and finance teams from the ground up
- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute demand generation strategies tailored to startups and finance teams, focusing on long-term, sustainable growth
- Full-funnel Campaign Creation and Execution: Design and implement campaigns that resonate with our ICP across the marketing funnel, from building awareness to activation
- Channel Experimentation: Explore and test various marketing channels to identify the most effective and efficient ways to reach and engage our target audience
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine strategies, making data-backed decisions to improve campaign performance, lead quality, speed-to-activation, and overall channel ROI
- Sales Enablement: Partner with the Sales team to ensure a seamless flow of quality leads that contribute directly to sales pipeline and revenue goals
- Marketing technology innovation: Continually scout cutting-edge demand generation tactics and tools and integrate these to keep Rho at the forefront of our market segment
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, community, revenue operations, and product teams to increase awareness, engagement and resonance with our campaigns and offerings

Rho was founded to address the growing need among small and medium-sized businesses for a unified solution to manage corporate spending and cash flow. Aiming to serve companies with 30 to 500 employees, Rho designed its platform to create seamless workflows across banking, corporate cards, and accounts payable.
The company introduced Rho AP, an accounts payable product, followed by a corporate card in partnership with Sterling Bank, enhancing its offering for businesses looking for efficiency in managing financial operations.
