Who you are
- You are calm under pressure, able to juggle competing priorities without losing sight of the details
- You bring a systematic, data-driven approach to solving problems and are highly detail-oriented—especially when it comes to tracking progress, managing timelines, and keeping stakeholders aligned
- You’re naturally curious—eager to ask questions, explore the “why” behind a problem, and understand the full picture
- You're a top-level communicator, able to distill complexity into clear, actionable updates for both internal teams and external customers
- Accountability is a core value for you, and you build trust by following through and bringing clarity to every project you touch
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS or startup environment
- Strong experience leading cross-functional programs with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences (technical, customer-facing, executive)
- Experience using tools like Jira, Notion, and Looker to manage work, track progress, and communicate status
- Strong data fluency, including comfort with data exploration, visualization, and tools such as Looker, Datadog, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-moving environments and lead initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurement
- Experience working in customer-facing roles, especially involving implementations, operations, or success programs

- Help drive strategic initiatives that span departments and unlock long-term value for both MANTL and our customers
- You'll work alongside a tight-knit group that collaborates closely with account management, enablement, support, and implementations teams
- This role is central to keeping complex initiatives moving while uncovering new areas where we can improve how we work and deliver
- It’s a fast-paced, highly collaborative squad where autonomy is encouraged and impact is immediate
- At MANTL, the Customer Operations team is customer-obsessed and deeply collaborative—we are the voice of the customer within the company
- This team plays a critical role in shaping product priorities and improving the end-to-end customer experience by bringing data-driven insights and clear communication to every conversation
- You’ll join a team known for its strong cross-functional relationships, concise and actionable updates, and ability to drive meaningful outcomes across the business
- Regular engagement with internal teams and customers means you’ll always be close to the action and at the center of what matters most
- This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S
Our take
Credit unions and community banks make up a large proportion of the roughly 10,000 banks in the US, but many of these small organizations struggle to provide key online services. Lacking the budgets to build the software needed, they usually outsource their services to legacy providers with outdated, decades-old software.
MANTL, originally established as a challenger bank, quickly realized a gap in the market and now provides digital account opening products to community banks and credit unions. Compared to older competitors such as Fiserv and Jack Henry, MANTL is able to open an account in less than 3 minutes rather than days or even weeks, and reduces fraud by more than 60%.
MANTL's success can be partly attributed to a nationwide shift from physical in-branch banking to mobile platforms, which has encouraged many more people to use apps for making deposits. This trend is showing no sign of slowing down, and with a customer base serving hundreds of thousands of people and a high degree of investment, MANTL is well poised for future success.
