Who you are
- Outbound-first mindset, you thrive on proactive outreach and are energised by building pipeline from scratch
- Some experience in SaaS or a BDR/SDR role is a plus, but mindset and drive matter more than years
- Hungry, competitive, and motivated by targets, growth, and continuous improvement
- Resilient and persistent, you embrace rejection, stay consistent, and keep pushing
- Confident communicator, especially on cold calls, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (Director/C-level)
- Curious and adaptable, able to tailor messaging across different industries and international markets
- Highly self-driven with a strong work ethic and a “get it done” attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to take on challenges, learn quickly, and grow into more senior or closing roles
- Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native); additional languages are a strong plus
What the job involves
- This is a hybrid role, based out our Barcelona hub. You’ll need to be based in Barcelona, or willing to relocate.
- You’ll take ownership of outbound prospecting, targeting high-value accounts, and refining messaging that resonates across different markets.
- You’ll not only generate opportunities but also act as a role model, contributing to best practices and influencing our outbound strategy
- Own and execute outbound prospecting across international markets (multi-channel: calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Generate high-quality pipeline through strategic account targeting and personalization
- Consistently exceed activity and pipeline generation targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)
- Craft compelling messaging tailored to different industries, personas, and regions
- Collaborate closely with AEs to align on account strategy and ensure strong conversion to opportunities
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize outbound approaches to maximize performance
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and contribute to a scalable, predictable pipeline engine
- 2-3 days per week in our Barcelona hub

The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.
Following 2025 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, with a particular focus on expanding its presence in the UK. And it's 10 year plan is to be to workforce management what Salesforce is to CRM. A lofty goal, but the company is certainly setting itself up to achieve this in due time.
