Who you are
- If you are passionate about data, machine learning, and creating engaging user experiences through rapid experimentation and iteration, this opportunity is for you
- 6-8 years experience in product management, with a strong background in AI/ML-driven personalization and content discovery
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Strong expertise in product experimentation, including A/B testing and iterative development, with the ability to break down a big picture vision into testable hypotheses
- Experience with large-scale data systems and familiarity with LLMs and foundational models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in the consumer video or entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences through innovative technology solutions
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our viewer and content understanding systems, enhancing our AI/ML models to deliver hyper-personalized experiences across Tubi's platform
- This role is pivotal in strengthening our homepage discovery, personalization systems, and supporting cross-team ML initiatives through LLM-powered foundational data
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for using ML/AI to deeply understand data and signals across content and viewers, laddering up to our topline company goals and metrics
- Partner closely with content team to help inform our content strategy and catalog
- Foster a cohesive and high-performing cross-functional team by leading and collaborating with XFN teams across other product teams including product, engineering, design, and data science, as well as closely work with the content teams
- Own the metadata and models that inform our ML and AI systems, ensuring they effectively power personalized recommendations across various user touchpoints
- Implement a high rate of experimentation to validate hypotheses, learn from user behavior, and iterate on product features
