Our take

Enterprises have to move and adapt quickly in order to keep their customers happy, but this isn't always easy. AB Tasty uses embedded AI and automation to help large-scale companies deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

AB Tasty serves a wide range of companies, but focuses largely on e-commerce, travel platforms and fashion retail websites. Their technology easily integrates into any website, and this ease-of-use is a big draw for enterprises. The company now serves around 900 clients, including Cartier, Disney and USA Today. This roster, along with AB Tasty's impressive funding success, are clear indicators that the company is performing well.

AB Tasty has successfully expanded into the US, with revenue there growing by 480% in just two years. The company continued forging partnerships and growing its product through the acquisition of AI-driven personalisation provider Epoq in the autumn of 2022, expanding its European customer base. 2023 was a big year for AB Tasty, showing more growth, moving to one platform and further expanding our reach into AI personalisation.

It's not always easy to find time for introspection and to envision what path can lead us to a happy career so we offer a Retreat Day as an opportunity to reflect on that. We not only aim to succeed, but also to make you succeed

Company values

  • We bring client satisfaction - Our clients come first. With every action we take we ask ourselves, “will our clients like this?” and “how will they benefit from it?”
  • We are impactful - Our energy goes into striving for excellence and creating real impact. We accept failure as a necessary part of bringing about change.
  • We go above and beyond - Where others falter, we thrive. An ever-evolving tech landscape doesn’t scare us because we stay curious and push our ideas to new heights.
  • We live one team, one dream - No person has greater or less value than another. We leave our egos at the door because we know when one of us wins, we all win.
