International Accounting & Tax Manager, Jus Mundi

Desirable

• As the International Accounting and Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with international tax laws and accounting standards, including ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition)
• You will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage tax compliance across multiple countries, and ensure the accurate reporting and analysis of our global financial performance
• This role will require close collaboration with external advisors, local tax authorities, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with international tax regulations, including VAT, sales tax, and withholding tax across jurisdictions
• Oversee tax filings, coordinate with tax advisors, and manage audits by tax authorities
• Develop and implement international tax strategies to optimize tax positions and mitigate risks
• Oversee the consolidation of financial reports across all subsidiaries (France, Delaware, Singapore), ensuring compliance with local accounting standards
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements
• Ensure proper revenue recognition in line with ASC 606 and manage the recognition of complex revenue streams
• Support the accounting of intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and foreign exchange impacts
• Work closely with teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with local and international accounting standards
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and mitigate exposure to international tax risks
• Lead the development and enhancement of policies and processes related to global accounting and taxation
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Provide strategic input on financial planning and analysis related to tax implications and international expansion
