Technology Project Manager, Canoe

• Project Management Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment, preferably within the FinTech or Alt Finance industry
• Agile Knowledge: Deep understanding and practical experience with various Agile frameworks and scaling approaches
• Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to assess project complexity and guide decision-making
• Facilitation & Coaching: Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with a passion for mentoring teams on best practices
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders

• Introduce and refine metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven decision-making
• Promote a culture of experimentation and learning through retrospectives and feedback loops
• Analyze project complexity and tailor approaches accordingly
