Deal Desk Manager, Karmacheck

• 3+ years of working in a global sales organization in a deal desk, commercial business partner, revenue operations or sales operations role, preferably in a B2B / SaaS company
• Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and other CRMs.Experience handling high-volume or high-complexity deals with numerous products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across various teams
• Proven ability to build and manage pricing structures for contracts

• As our first Deal Desk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in KarmaCheck’s revenue operations by managing the end-to-end contract process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• You will collaborate closely with sales, legal, and executive teams to streamline contract negotiations, maintain an updated product catalog and pricing structure, and be the first line of defense in handling contract redlines and edits
• Contract Management:
• Lead the production of all contracts signed by customers
• Ensure contracts align with organizational standards and compliance requirements
• Product Catalog & Pricing:
• Keep the product catalog and pricing structures current
• Integrate pricing information with various systems for accuracy
• Contract Negotiation Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract redlines and edits
• Collaborate with sales teams to construct contract pricing based on customer needs
• System Proficiency:
• Utilize NetSuite, Salesforce, and DocuSign efficiently for streamlined operations
• Ensure seamless integration and data accuracy across platforms
• Scaling Operations:
• Contribute to the scalability of deal desk operations for both high volume and complexity.Implement best practices to optimize and streamline the contract process
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with legal and executive teams to ensure contract adherence to legal and organizational standards
