Who you are

Understanding of basic digital marketing terminology - CTR, CRM, A/B testing etc
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, HubSpot and prospecting tools would be desirable
Strong research skills and the ability to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in companies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment
Great attention to detail to ensure accurate campaign setup and data management
Competent IT skills to navigate and utilize campaign software tools efficiently

What the job involves

Collaborate with the B2B Marketing Manager and the marketing team to research, plan, prepare, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Assist in the operational execution of campaigns, ensuring smooth setup and scheduling
Source new employer contacts and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our employer CRM system
Utilise campaign software tools to set up and launch campaigns effectively
Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the employer CRM database
Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance campaign execution, although content creation and extensive strategic involvement will primarily be handled by the B2B Marketing Manager
