Who you are
- We seek to employ proven sales performers who are passionate about uncovering new opportunities, sharing ideas, and being part of a collaborative team culture
- 1+ year of experience in client-facing role, preferably in the software industry
- Experience with sales productivity tools including, HubSpot, 6Sense, Salesloft, Attention Tech, Sales Assembly, etc. is a plus
- Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Adaptability and the willingness work and thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hybrid remote position, required 3 days in the Denver office. Preference given to those located in Denver, CO

- Proof is looking to grow our sales team by hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- As an SDR at Proof, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, nurturing leads, expanding existing clients, and laying the foundation for successful sales interactions

- Prospecting within both existing clients and new clients
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers within the defined target market(s)
- Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate contact with prospects
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their needs and challenges
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to potential customers
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand prospects' pain points and tailor messaging accordingly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Track and report key metrics, including lead conversion rates and pipeline progression
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
- Provide valuable insights from prospect interactions to inform and refine sales strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and our own evolving software solutions
- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
