Who you are
- A current junior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Digital Marketing, Media or related field at an accredited university or college
- Strategically minded. You are excited to learn the ins and outs of different media channels and the best ways to leverage them to achieve goals
- Organized and processed. To stay ahead, we have to stay efficient and that requires being able to thoroughly document and follow the right process
- Data-driven. You want to understand data to help unearth insights to increase performance
- Strong communicator and collaborator. You love putting heads together to develop tactics and know it’s important to keep everyone updated along the way
- You are a consumer-at-heart and love following marketing trends and strategies
- You have experience with staying organized and ensuring everything is documented and clear for other stakeholders
- Bonus points if you’re an avid media consumer and use all the platforms you can access
- Previous media exposure a plus
- This position is reserved for current college/university students
- Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work
- Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow
What the job involves
- This is a paid 12-week summer internship position from May 12 - August 1, 2025
- It’s an exciting time at Pluralsight! During your internship you will support the Global Media team on a variety of paid media initiatives aimed at driving acquisition and brand metrics across multiple business units
- If understanding how media channels interact and drive performance, learning how to evaluate creative asset impact, and strategic data-driven decision making interests you then you will have the opportunity to learn from a group of passionate marketers seeking to drive growth for Pluralsight!
- Support brand and performance media campaign optimization as you rotate through paid search, paid social, and digital media for B2C and B2B customers + an introduction to SEO
- QA media campaigns to ensure accuracy
- Analyze creative performance to derive insights that drive additional engagement / conversion
- Analyze media data to identify performance opportunities and optimizations
- Support regular performance presentations to media stakeholders
