Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for a Solutions Architect with deep Webflow expertise to help customers build, launch, and grow their sites with confidence
- Have 2–4 years of experience building and launching complex Webflow sites (freelance, agency, or in-house)
- Can showcase a strong portfolio that demonstrates advanced CMS, animations, integrations, and performance work in Webflow
- Are a confident communicator who can explain technical concepts in approachable, customer-friendly ways
- Enjoy collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders, from designers and marketers to developers and executives
- Are proactive, organized, and capable of juggling multiple customer relationships while contributing internally to templates and tooling
- Welcome diverse perspectives and thrive in a feedback-rich, growth-oriented environment
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
What the job involves
- You’ll bring your firsthand experience launching large-scale Webflow projects to inspire customers, guide them on best practices, and help them scale successfully
- Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences will empower teams of all sizes to see what’s possible in Webflow
- Reporting to the Director, Solutions Architects
- Act as a trusted Webflow product expert for new and existing customers
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to accelerate time to value by guiding customers through onboarding and implementation
- Share best practices from your experience building large Webflow sites, including CMS architecture, performance optimization, and scalability
- Create reusable templates, demos, and site examples that make adopting Webflow simple and repeatable
- Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, and Design
- Inspire confidence in customers by demonstrating Webflow’s potential in real-world use cases
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
Our take
No-code development systems allow users to create and publish the kind of output that was once only possible with the help of a team of developers. Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.
The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
