Who you are

Proven experience in project management, ideally leading large-scale SaaS implementations that include hardware-as-a-service components
Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, manage risks, and develop effective solutions
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent leadership and people management skills, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels - both within SkyCell and across customer organisations

What the job involves

In this role as Project Manager – Software & IoT, you’ll take ownership of SkyCell’s customer projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring our connected solutions continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in pharma logistics
Drive the successful delivery of the customer projects for SkyCell software and IoT projects
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle - from planning and budgeting to execution, quality assurance, and risk management
Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout
Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support adoption and minimise disruption
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts on processes, systems, and people, and design mitigation plans
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through regular updates, progress reviews, and issue resolution
Prepare detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation to track progress, timelines, and budgets
Guide and inspire project teams by providing clear direction, support, and motivation to achieve high performance
Prepare and present project updates and performance reports to management and key stakeholders
