Engineering Manager, Rula

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience, including 6+ years as an individual contributor and 2+ years in engineering management
• Experience managing an engineering team with 7+ direct reports where you were responsible performance management, mentoring, and career growth
• Proven track record of managing projects with fixed deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of modern engineering principles, tools, and processes

• We are hiring a mission and impact-driven engineering manager to lead the Patient Access team at Rula
• This team is responsible for connecting prospective patients with therapy or medication management that fits their schedule and their budget
• As the EM on Patient Access, you will guide a team of passionate and collaborative engineers to build crucial product experiences and technologies, from redesigning our therapist matching flow to rearchitecting our patient creation backend
• You will work closely with your product and cross-functional partners to own our core patient funnel and the corresponding patient conversion metrics
