Who you are

5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, sales enablement, or a related role
Basic knowledge of Digital Experience solutions, such as CCM, CMS, DAM, AI-powered analytics, or customer journey orchestration
Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
An analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning
Ability to develop, customize, and present interactive demos that highlight OpenText DX solutions
An ability to simplify complex technological concepts and align them with business objectives
Experience with Private Cloud and hyperscalers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions
Experience working with Global Systems Integrators preferred
Experience working with SAP and insurance technology platforms (Guidewire, etc.) is a nice-to-have
Ability to travel as needed

What the job involves

As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in helping customers and partners understand the value of OpenText’s Digital Experience solutions
You’ll work closely with sales teams, technical experts, and partners to translate complex challenges into tailored solutions that drive business success
Act as a trusted advisor to OpenText partners, demonstrating how OpenText DX solutions solve business challenges
Partner with Strategic Alliance and Partner Managers to develop technical solution positioning with our partners
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and workshops that highlight the power of OpenText DX solutions
Leverage full-stack development experience to build proof-of-concept solutions and integrations showcasing OpenText DX capabilities
Translate business goals and technical requirements into compelling value propositions
Collaborate with Global Services, Product, and Engineering teams to define solution roadmaps
Represent OpenText at industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our DX expertise
