Growth Marketing Manager, Quince

• 3+ years of managing Paid Search programs with large budgets with a focus on text ads. PLA experience is a plus
• Expertise in Google Adwords, Google Ads editor along with experience in Bing Ads
• In-depth understanding of Paid Search campaign management and optimization best practices
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
• Be a proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment
• Have strong program management and organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects, deadline and priorities with ease
• Test, Learn and Scale mindset
• Strong proficiency in Google sheets
• Experience with Google Ads scripts

• Play a crucial role in Quince’s growth story managing one of the biggest paid channels which has grown 400% YoY and continued growth potential
• Focus on text ads component of Google ads and eventually expand to PLA as well as Display programs
• Scale text ads - designing the strategy/account structure and providing strategic recommendations and performance insights
• Grow our SEM program to over nine figures in annual spend
