Head of Marketing, Simmer

• 6+ years leading marketing in high-growth consumer brands (food, DTC, lifestyle, wellness ideal)
• Proven ability to shape, scale, and elevate a brand through distinctive storytelling and creative direction
• Strong creative instinct paired with sharp commercial judgement
• Deep understanding of digital culture, content ecosystems, and creators
• Demonstrated leadership building and developing high-performing teams
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Growth, Product and senior leadership to drive results
• A genuine passion for food, wellness, and helping people live better without compromise
• Comfortable being hands on in a fast-moving, founder led environment where pace and quality both matter
