Who you are
- 7-9 years of experience leading B2B demand generation, with proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth
- Deep expertise in integrated campaign development, events and field marketing, ABM, and performance measurement
- Strong partnership skills with Sales, including experience building joint go-to-market programs
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Bias for action and a willingness to be hands-on with execution
- Experience managing budgets and complex campaign portfolios
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
- Edtech industry experience preferred but not required
- Eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, ever-changing, dynamic environment

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead GoGuardian’s strategy to accelerate and convert demand across all segments and channels
- This leader will develop integrated marketing programs that align with sales priorities, build qualified pipeline, and drive measurable revenue impact
- A highly strategic and data-driven marketer, this leader will oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital, events, and field channels — ensuring GoGuardian’s go-to-market efforts are cohesive, customer-centric, and performance-focused
- Build and execute an integrated, multi-channel campaign strategy to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth
- Quarterback campaign execution and ensure alignment across web, digital, content, events, and field marketing initiatives
- Define and report on key KPIs including MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Drive a culture of experimentation through rapid testing, campaign performance analysis, and agile adjustments
- Partner with our Events and Field teams to create targeted campaigns in key states and breakthrough event experiences that drive growth
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate data, lead routing, and attribution
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align on pipeline goals, coverage, and campaign performance
- Support sales teams with campaign-ready assets, messaging, and email cadences for effective follow-up
- Champion innovation, bringing new ideas and best practices for modern demand generation

GoGuardian provides filtering, classroom engagement and mental health tools for educators. This supports better classroom management, student engagement and online safety - without users having to rely on multiple platforms.
Among GoGuardian's product capabilities, users will find real-time monitoring for students' device screens, a feature to identify at-risk students and the 2024-launched single click tutoring support. The major questioning of the suite surrounds how student safety and privacy remain balanced, which is a challenge the company must continue to face.
Millions of students across over thousands of US school districts are served by GoGuardian's software. With schools increasingly turning towards digital education systems, the company is well-positioned to expand its services.
