What the job involves

Our IT Operations Team is core to the growth of our organisation
This team works on a wide range of challenges, including providing support to over 350 employees in a professional manner - teams are distributed across North America, EMEA and Asia
As an IT Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping onboard and support our growing international teams and systems
You’ll work closely with a number of teams, including, but not limited to HR, Engineering and Sales
As we scale you will play a key role in building new processes and continuously finding new ways to improve our infrastructure, security and systems
Resolve tickets for all internal requests related to software, hardware, networking and equipment issues
Troubleshooting on various tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian, Kandji, Intune and others
Lead lifecycle onboarding and offboarding for employees including accounts, hardware logistics and training
Plan, maintain and manage inventory logistics for all equipment, including shipping to local and international employees within APAC region
Ability to define and automate company processes to help scale the company proactively

For example, a bank can quickly build an app that can automatically verify customer income in a fraction of a second by combing through documents such as camera pictures or scans of payslips, tax documents, bank statements, and other similar documents submitted by the customer.

The platform comes equipped with the tools for reading documents, data extraction and classification, natural language processing, and optical character recognition. It's designed to enable creators, developers, and organizations to quickly build complex business applications based on their needs.

Instabase also offers an app store, a growing marketplace of pre-packaged business apps for different industries, such as Income Verification, Adverse Media Analysis, Identity Verification, Trade Finance, Contract Analysis, and Financial Spreading.
