Role
Who you are
- 5+ years experience as a People Business Partner or another People & Culture role in which you led projects and have acted as the managerial sparring partner
- You have experience working in a fast changing environment and are used to picking up the challenges that come with it
- You are highly organized, self-starting and detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of Dutch Labor Law and collective labor agreements
- You are open minded, proactive and solution oriented. You like challenges and always start working on them with a positive mindset
- You value flexibility, feedback, trust, honest & open communication and naturally support people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Dutch, both verbal and written
- You are not afraid to work independently, make mistakes, learn from them and fix them
What the job involves
- As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role as a managerial sparring partner, support employees with (health) concerns, lead the performance review cycle and take charge of the continuous improvement of people & culture processes
- Offer compassionate and professional assistance to employees dealing with health-related issues
- Manage and resolve a variety of employee-related issues, maintaining a fair and supportive work environment
- Lead People & Culture efforts during organizational changes, such as organizational structure changes or setting up new teams, guarding our company values
- Oversee and drive the quarterly performance review process
- Manage and maintain the salary house and ensure fair salaries for everyone
- Be the managerial sparringspartner helping managers facilitating high performing and happy teams
- Be continuously up to date on Dutch Labor Law and Collective Labor Agreement changes and implement them accordingly
- Work closely with the Learning & Development and People Operations team
- Own and implement continuous improvement of People processes, including the implementation of innovative People & Culture solutions
