- A strong product sense, a track record of finding useful and elegant solutions to product problems
- Ability to lead and inspire teams through team-building, collaborative problem solving, and driving consensus
- World-class written and spoken communication skills, the ability to distill complex concepts into a precise and concise frame
- An understanding of how web applications are architected and built, and implications for how products are built
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Staff Product Manager for our Product group
- Reporting to the CTO, this individual will join forces with our Senior Product Manager and Engineering leadership, who are all committed to making a sizable impact on the future of the renewable energy industry
- Combine an empathetic understanding of user needs with deep dives into the solar industry and business concerns, to generate new insights and ideas
- Collaborate with engineering and design to drive teams forward, breaking down complex tasks and rallying teams around the work
- Define and shape Euclid’s product solutions through well-articulated PRDs and ad hoc forums
- Play a key role in developing Euclid’s long-term product strategy, vision and roadmap
- Manage one or more early and mid-career PMs
