Who you are
- We are looking for a talented, creative, and data privacy-focused attorney who is passionate about working on sophisticated contracts and closing deals and comfortable in a collaborative environment that minimizes hierarchy

- 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company
- Knowledge of data privacy and experience in handling and dealing with data privacy related questions when negotiating Data Processing Agreements
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK or at least once country in Europe with a demonstrated record of success as a lawyer
- Strong “business-friendly” style that comes with an understanding that the legal team’s primary purpose is to support the growth and success of the business
- Ability to structure, draft and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts, including SaaS contracts, professional services agreement, partner agreements, and NDAs
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management systems
What the job involves
- We are expanding our legal team in EMEA, and this is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, supportive, and high-functioning legal team as it begins to grow
- You will need to provide outstanding legal service, coordinate and work closely with other teams to close contracts, pay close attention to detail, and bring sound and balanced legal and business judgment, together with constructive people skills, to everything you do
- Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks in a way that is meaningful to business teams
- Take ownership of the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements. Advise your fellow Wizards on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity
- Seek to understand the context of the positions of Wiz’s customers and the requests from Wiz’s internal clients, and strive to solve problems and address issues from their perspective
- Triage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal clients and delivering results efficiently
- Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes
- Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance

Originally founded in Israel – a hotbed for rapid growth cybersecurity companies of late – Wiz hit the headlines when it became the world’s fastest growing software company in Summer 2022. Incredibly, the company clocked up $180 million in annual recurring revenue in under two years since launching its first product, boasting major customers like Salesforce, Slack, BMW, and Asos.
It’s impressive enough that the startup was able to attract hundreds of millions in investment so early in its lifespan, but the fact that it was co-founded by a team of former Microsoft executives no doubt helped on this front. However, to generate this kind of revenue so soon is extremely rare.
The company has fueled its growth with aggressive hiring and product expansion, adding modules for Container and Kubernetes security, DSPM, and CDR - enabling organizations to further consolidate their cloud security program into a single, fully comprehensive platform.
Following its early 2023 Series D funding round, the company has reached a $10 billion valuation, officially making it the world's largest cybersecurity unicorn and it is the fastest SaaS company to achieve such a valuation.
