Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an experienced designer, and a strong communicator who is passionate about building exceptional products
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Experience leading a team of product designers
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work
- Experience in complex B2B products or environments
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders
- Experience in working on complex software or digital products, preferably in the tech industry
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus
- Bonus skill is previous experience with AI-based products or platforms
What the job involves
- We are seeking a product design lead to join our Product team
- As a product design lead, you will take care of the design for the generic solutions
- Lead design projects and ensure high-quality design outputs and maintain design standards
- Regularly review design performance data (qualitative and quantitative) to identify improvement opportunities
- Establish and refine design processes for efficiency and quality
- Oversee user research to inform design decisions and conduct research to validate and improve designs
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams a
- Communicate design concepts and ensure alignment with technical constraints
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team, while communicating the design vision
