What the job involves

Canoe Intelligence is looking for a client-facing Solutions Consultant to play a critical role in post-sales solutioning, technical enablement, and strategic implementation planning for our enterprise clients
Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success, you’ll help prospective and existing clients understand how Canoe’s platform can be tailored to meet their technical and operational needs
Partner with Sales and Business Development to support technical discovery and solution design during the pre- and post-sales process
Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, helping them understand how Canoe’s platform integrates into their existing architecture and workflows
Create and present solution architecture documentation, demos, and implementation roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Translate complex client requirements into clear, feasible configurations and implementation plans
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on client needs and market feedback
Work closely with Client Onboarding and Client Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful deployments
Stay current with Canoe’s evolving platform capabilities, continuously improving internal documentation and playbooks
Represent Canoe’s technical capabilities at client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed

Our take

The internet presents itself as a seemingly infinite source of crucial information, particularly when it comes to financial information to inform smart investment. However, the sheer amount of data available makes it incredibly difficult to mine, aggregate and analyze in a way that is fast and efficient enough to be useful.

Canoe leverages AI technology to automate the analysis of investment data, including document collection, data extraction, categorization and validation. The technology is provided in the form of cloud-based tools, API packages and integrated portals, ultimately aiming to present a unified system in which investors can tackle the inefficiencies of manual investment data analysis.

It's undeniable that other automated data analysis services are available, but the unified nature of Canoe makes it stand out as a solution with a lot of potential. Off of 2024's Series C funding, the company is further optimising and developing its product offerings.
