Proficiency in Figma or other design tools

What the job involves

Design and maintain web and mobile application interfaces according to requirements
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile and web applications
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all platforms
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Communicate and present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders
Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis
Work within established brand guidelines and design systems to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all applications
