Role
Who you are
- 5+ years experience as a marketing manager, with experience working on brand marketing and partnerships
- You are a self-starter who likes to take ownership on the development and delivery of a marketing strategy.
- Delivery orientated - You adhere to the idea of ‘getting things done’
- Test & Learn mindset - Approach everything as a test, analyse the results and leverage those learnings to optimise
- Confident communicator - You are happy adding your opinion, challenging others and being challenged
- You enjoy working as part of a cross-functional team and harnessing relationships to get the best outcomes
What the job involves
- Build, lead and deliver on the existing marketing & partnerships strategy, focusing on raising brand awareness amongst both pet owners and veterinary professionals
- Look to evolve the 2025 marketing & partnerships strategy based on key learnings gathered from previous or planned marketing campaigns
- Planning, execution and reporting of all brand awareness marketing campaigns
- Line management of Waggel’s partnerships manager
- Weekly check-ins with the CEO, attendance in senior stakeholder meetings and presenting to the rest of the product team on key marketing & partnership initiatives
- Part of the role includes management and attendance of approximately 3 veterinary events in the UK - travel and overnight stays of 2-3 nights is expected
