Who you are
- Strong experience in front-end development
- Proven experience in primarily front-end programming: Vue 3, Composition API, TypeScript, Vue router, Tailwind CSS, Pinia, and GraphQL
- Passion for building robust and scalable solutions
- 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- A proven passion for all things software
- Strong ability to work independently while still being collaborative and inclusive
- Proven ability in taking a feature, task, or product all the way from conception to completion and release
- Ability to build re-usable solutions
- BSc Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
What the job involves
- We're actively seeking Front-end Engineers who will play a crucial role in our growing and proficient engineering team
- Our global team of engineers is committed to software engineering and excels at resolving intricate challenges
- In this role, you'll be involved in the entire development process and accountable for your project outcomes
- Our collaborative approach involves regular interaction with Vue/Pinia experts, ensuring that our technology stack remains at the cutting edge of innovation
- Create visually appealing and highly interactive user interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworks
- Ensure that end-users have a seamless and engaging experience by translating design concepts into responsive and intuitive web applications
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Back-end Engineers, and other team members to bring design concepts to life
- Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues to maintain the reliability and performance of web applications
- Take ownership of specific features, tasks, or even entire projects, seeing them through from conception to completion and successful release
- Write clean and efficient code, adhering to best practices, and ensuring that your solutions are reusable and maintainable
Our take
TROOP is a meetings management platform for hybrid and global teams, delivering data-based and complete meeting strategies that reduce costs, increase engagement, and reduce CO2 footprints.
TROOP's self-serve platform takes into account data such as travel time and transport method to provide optimised meeting locations and timings for distributed teams. Its results can be visualised and shared via the built-in dashboard, allowing organisers to collaborate with participants and make quick, effective choices.
Seeing a surge in use as remote working became more popular, TROOP captured interest which allowed it to build a portfolio of case studies. The platform's ability to take into account corporate CO2 goals is likely what will attract further users, and it will be interesting to see how the company operates in the future.
