What the job involves
- As the Senior Manager of Planning Communications & Enablement, you are the primary narrative-builder and communication liaison for the entire company planning process
- You will ensure that every stakeholder, from the C-suite to individual DRIs, understands the plan, the process, and their part in it
- You will lead the strategic communication and change management framework that drives clarity, alignment, and engagement for our most critical company-wide initiatives
- Your work is central to transforming complex strategies into a compelling story that mobilizes the entire organization
- Lead Strategic Communications: Develop and lead the master communications plan for the planning cycle, proactively managing the communication flow and adapting to change to drive clarity and prevent surprises
- Craft C-Suite Narratives: Guide the creation of all planning materials presented to the C-suite, ensuring quality and impact
- You will craft compelling, high-stakes presentations that translate complex data into a clear narrative
- Drive Change Management & Stakeholder Enablement: Lead the design and delivery of enablement and training programs to ensure the readiness of all stakeholders, including DRIs and other key partners
- Manage Content & Messaging: Create communications for the planning cycle, ensuring message clarity, consistency, and audience impact
- Build Collaborative Partnerships: Act as a central point of connection, partnering closely with Internal Comms, the Enterprise PMO, and other functions to ensure a cohesive and unified communication strategy
