- Strong project leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation
- Proficiency in modern HR systems (Workday, Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau) and familiarity with AI/ML applications or APIs
- Exceptional communication, change management, and storytelling skills

- You’ll partner closely with leaders across People & Culture, IT, Product and the business to identify opportunities where AI can transform the way we operate and turn those ideas into measurable impact
- Define the overarching AI strategy and roadmap for the People & Culture function, aligned with enterprise AI priorities and business goals
- Serve as the thought leader and evangelist for responsible AI adoption across HR, ensuring innovation is balanced with ethics, privacy, and compliance
- Partner with the P&C leadership team to identify high-impact use cases for AI, from talent acquisition and development to workforce planning and employee engagement
- Lead and inspire People Operations, Services and Analytics teams, transforming into a COE for AI driven innovation and operational excellence
- Reinvent the function shifting from reactive to proactive, predictive and automated solutions – building the engines that powers our People AI strategy
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable projects—developing pilots, proof-of-concepts, and scalable programs that automate, augment, and optimize HR processes
- Oversee deployment of AI-driven tools, workflows and agents increasing productivity, creating efficiency, and moving with speed across the employee lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional partnerships with IT, Legal, and Security to ensure safe, compliant, and effective integration of AI.
- Explore emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, NLP, automation tools, conversational agents) to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience
- Create internal frameworks and training to elevate AI literacy across P&C and the broader organization
- Partner with Alteryx product, IT and data science teams to share learning and leverage internal innovation
Our take
Alteryx brings a suite of tools to automate data driven processes on a large scale, massively speeding up data based procedures. The system also uses AI to analyse data and provide insights to enable rapid decision making.
What Alteryx does differently from other data science tool developers is focus on the accessibility of its software, taking a low code/no code approach. This allows for greater collaboration between people with differing skill sets, speeding up processes for its users.
The business has made some strategic partnerships over time, most notably with Snowflake and Blue Prism. And with AI becoming more, Alteryx is projected to make major inroads in its market as more companies turn to automated solutions for data analysis.
