Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-growing tech company
- A natural hunter — finding hard-to-reach talent through unconventional means genuinely excites you
- AI-first mindset: you embrace AI as a force multiplier for your work, proactively adopting new tools and workflows to improve sourcing effectiveness, productivity, and candidate engagement
- Data-driven: you measure what you do, iterate fast, and can make a compelling case for your sourcing decisions
- You communicate with clarity and warmth and your first message to a candidate reflects the quality of the brand you're representing
- You thrive in ambiguity and can juggle multiple pipelines without losing focus or quality
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms — Greenhouse is a big plus
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for patterns in the talent market
- C1 or Native English and Spanish are required, additional languages are a plus
What the job involves
- As a Recruitment Sourcer, you'll be at the heart of Fever's talent strategy. You won't wait for candidates to come to you. You'll find them, engage them, and build the pipelines that keep Fever ahead of the curve. Working hand-in-hand with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll make sure we're always talking to the right people before we even need them
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, events, and referrals
- Maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across tech, data, and product roles
- Map the competitive landscape to identify target companies where top talent is thriving and build strategies to engage them
- Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance talent discovery, automate repetitive tasks, personalize candidate outreach at scale, and generate actionable insights from sourcing data
- Engage passive candidates with compelling, personalized outreach that communicates what makes Fever different
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and continuously optimize sourcing approaches
- Use data to track pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and conversion rates and act on what you find
- Manage candidate records and pools in our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring pipelines are clean, organized, and actionable
- Keep a pulse on talent market trends and new sourcing tools and techniques
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, representing Fever at virtual events, e-meetups, and talent communities

What has set Fever apart from its major competitors in the events booking space, such as major player Eventbrite, is its use of data. Its data-driven approach allows it to recommend the events that users will be most interested in. It has also allowed it to analyse consumer data to host its own Fever Originals events, much like Netflix uses data to produce Netflix Originals customised to consumer demands.
The company claims it can identify the characteristics of a successful event, mitigating the risk for event promoters and brands involved in its Fever Originals events. With multiple funding rounds under its belt, Fever is well placed to grow with the experience and expertise that comes from top industry investors and is investing in new and innovative global entertainment content opportunities whilst continuing expansion into new markets.
