- Customer-facing experience (or eagerness to learn!): You have some experience in customer service, account management, or another client-facing role - or you’re highly motivated to grow into one
- Great communication: You’re confident communicating with customers in both English and Dutch, and you enjoy helping people solve problems
- Customer-focused mindset: You genuinely care about customer happiness and are always looking for new ways to support and guide them
- Tech-savvy: You don’t need deep technical knowledge, but an interest in tech or SaaS is a big bonus
What the job involves
- As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their journey with Eye Security
- You’ll be the friendly face and trusted partner ensuring our customers get the maximum value from our cybersecurity solutions
- Building great relationships: Work with a diverse range of customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products and services while guiding them through every stage of their journey with us
- Finding new opportunities: Use your curiosity and analytical mindset to spot new ways to improve the customer experience and help them succeed even more
- Be the voice for customers: Listen closely to customer feedback, share insights with our internal teams, and help shape the continuous improvement of our product and service offerings
- Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to create seamless and positive experiences for our customers
- Learning & growing with data: Track customer satisfaction, analyse insights, and use what you learn to strengthen relationships and drive customer success

Eye Security was founded by a trio of Dutch Security Services and Intelligence experts, who wanted to combine round-the-clock cyber security with built-in cyber insurance in one platform. Small businesses are the top priority for the company, as these organisations lose billions in damages related to cyber attacks every year.
With hundreds of customers across a wide array of industries, Eye Security’s proposition is a subscription model, making it more manageable for small businesses. Beyond its flagship cyber security and insurtech solution, the company also offers more tailored packages and industry-specific solutions, further widening its appeal.
It is this suitability for many industries that makes Eye Security stand out, and it has attracted substantial investment from the likes of JP Morgan. Interestingly, this will be used to consolidate its presence in European markets, rather than expanding into the likes of North America - where it would likely meet fierce competition from native companies.
