Role
Who you are
- Experience in product management or product ownership for digital applications (web and/or mobile), ideally in an enterprise or B2B environment
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and work collaboratively with technical teams
- Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern application architectures
- Exposure to data-driven products, analytics, reporting, or dashboards; interest in AI/ML-powered capabilities is a plus
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage constructively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline preferred
What the job involves
- As Technical Product Manager – Enterprise Applications, you will contribute to the delivery and evolution of custom-built, cloud-native applications that support Warner Bros. Discovery’s internal operations. These products are primarily web-based, with selected mobile use cases, and are developed in close collaboration with external engineering partners
- Working alongside senior product leaders, architects, and business stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into well-defined product features and functional designs, supporting the delivery of scalable, secure digital solutions. This role is well suited to a product manager who is technically curious, business-oriented, and eager to grow in complex enterprise environments
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle of custom enterprise applications, from discovery and design through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand user needs, document requirements, and validate proposed solutions
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and backlog items
- Work closely with external development partners and internal teams to support agile delivery, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Contribute to solution design discussions, helping ensure applications follow cloud-native principles and architectural best practices
- Support the use of data, analytics, and AI-enabled features where they create measurable business value
- Assist with UAT coordination, release preparation, rollout activities, and post-launch support
- Maintain product documentation and support user adoption across stakeholder groups
- Track product progress, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues where appropriate

Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) is an entertainment company formed from the 2022 merger of Warner Bros and Discovery. It is a leader in the creation, production, distribution, licensing, and marketing of content, with Warner Bros alone boasting a huge library – more than 100,000 hours of programming – before the companies were joined. WBD’s portfolio includes Discovery Channel, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Discovery+, HBO Max, and franchises like “Batman” and “Harry Potter”.
Both of the company’s previous businesses have operated throughout the digitisation of the media space. David Zaslav, CEO of WBD, headed Discovery during its expansion into digital media, to make it a “content company” over a “cable company”. The recent focus for Warner Bros has been on next-gen distribution efforts, expanding the availability of its content across platforms and devices to reach the modern viewer. The new company has plans to migrate to one tech stack, which will require extensive retooling, as well as exploring cost-saving automation opportunities for its operations.
Since the merger, the new giant that is Warner Bros Discovery has had a shaky start, forcing the company to wind down operations and cut back on content, which included the very public scrapping of the “Batgirl” movie. However, it now seems the company may have been ahead of the curve, as a wider trend of cutbacks has been seen from peers in the space. This early move, combined with a hyper-focus on cash generation, seeks to establish WBD as an outperformer in an industry on the downturn.
