Program Manager, Dropbox

• 8+ years of experience in marketing program/project management or operations, with a track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives or change efforts—ideally within SaaS or technology environments
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in dynamic, matrixed organizations
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong focus on continuous improvement
• Skilled in assessing, selecting, and implementing a wide range of marketing, sales, and work management tools
• Proficient in defining processes and optimizing user experiences within Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and other work management platforms is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
• Experienced in developing and presenting reports, status updates, and performance insights to senior and executive-level stakeholders

• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency across marketing workflows
• Champion change management efforts by communicating updates clearly, facilitating team alignment, and ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and processes
• Lead the development and implementation of the Integrated Marketing team’s tools strategy, with a focus on leveraging best in class, AI-enabled tools
• Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for marketing tools & processes, providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive adoption and maximize value
