What the job involves

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through various communication channels
Order Processing Assistance: Assist in processing e-commerce and wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet customer expectations
Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics related to customer service and ops efforts
Inventory Coordination: Support inventory management activities to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment
Customer Communication: Engage with customers to gather feedback, answer product-related questions, and build positive relationships
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to customer service, sales and operations functions
