What the job involves

The Senior Channel Business Manager (Sr. CBM) is responsible for driving revenue growth through key partnerships and alliances. This individual will lead efforts with VARs, MSSPs, & system integrators
CBM’s who are able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment with partners while staying focused and organized are positioned well to succeed at Drata
Expand Drata’s market reach by developing and managing strategic partnerships
Build and execute collaborative business plans and strategic programs that drive mutual growth and revenue
Train and empower partners to effectively position and sell Drata within their customer networks
Develop and implement strategies to integrate Drata into service-led partner offerings
Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance using Salesforce and other reporting tools

Traditional manual compliance workflows are tedious, error-prone and extremely hard to scale, which presents special difficulties for rapidly growing companies in maintaining strong data security. Drata enables companies to manage compliance easily, by automatic monitoring and evidence collection, building a single picture of risk across the company.

The company has several competitors offering compliance automation solutions, including Vanta and Secureframe , but Drata is unique in automating the tasks themselves rather than generating notifications for teams to action. This approach has garnered Drata a client base of thousands of companies including bambooHR, Notion and Abnormal.
