What the job involves

We're looking for a dynamic and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process as we scale our team
Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics
Manage the candidate's experience throughout their interview journey
Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and constantly think about ways to drive improvements
Assist with general recruiting tasks, including administrative tasks as assigned
Provide support to the recruiting team as needed
