Administrative Business Partner, Stripe

• The administrative business partner team works with Stripe’s leaders to support their day-to-day administrative and operational needs, while also contributing to projects that help drive the company’s strategic priorities
• This role will report directly to the Lead Administrative Business Partner to the President and be responsible for a wide range of tasks
• Responsibilities:
• Offer administrative support to our President, Product & Business by managing hectic and complex calendars
• Support extensive research and logistics for unique / high caliber offsite events
• Travel to offices and support onsite responsibilities, as needed
• Track, manage and reconcile expenses monthly
• Manage end-to-end travel including planning, booking and creating itineraries in advance of domestic and international trips
• Identify opportunities to establish new—and improve existing—administrative systems and processes
• Own and manage ad hoc projects as needed
• Build cross-functional relationships between departments
• General office duties as needed
