Who you are
- Self-starter who is comfortable working with people and data
- Experience with online data tools, or a fast learner in (Salesforce CRM, PostHog, Userflow, Secure Redact App metrics, others to come)
- Experience or interest in commercial analysis and sales

What the job involves
- Pimloc is recruiting for an inbound sales ninja - the role focuses on three core areas: managing the automation of online tools to generate insights for the team, spotting new opportunity areas for exploration, and handling calls with end customers to close a high volume of small and medium-sized business (SMB) deals
- This role provides experience in sales operations and analysis to support the wider team, with a chance to learn full sales-cycle selling and support functions in a SaaS environment
- A unique, hands-on opportunity to hone your commercial craft, and develop your career within a fast-growing business in an exploding sector
- A critical role sitting at the intersection of inbound sign-ups/users, sales, go-to-market, and marketing
- We are looking for an analytical self-starter who is tactical, strategic and practical
- Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) and Sales Pipeline Analytics (40%)
- Lead routing and automation (30%)
- SMB revenue closing (20%)
- Cross-functional insights sharing (10%)
- Success metrics:
- PQL → Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) conversion and monthly SMB Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Free-to-paid activation and retention
- Lead-routing Service Level Agreement (SLA) & accuracy
- Product insights adopted per quarter

Our take
The surveillance world is at a critical juncture. Larger than ever volumes of video and image data are being handled by organisations in both the public and private sectors, with public security the end goal, but they can’t use much of it, due in part to public concerns as well as the justified tightening of data protection laws.
Pimloc is out to help organisations like these increase and maintain security while still protecting human rights. The company offers technology that automatically redacts and anonymises key personal information in video and images by, for example, blurring faces and car number plates.
Though the tech that’s gone into it is impressively complex, Pimloc’s is a refreshingly simple solution. Given the crossroads we’re at with personal data and surveillance, Pimloc is operating in a potentially huge market, with its tech ripe for use by law enforcement and other public bodies, private security companies, entertainment venues, and further down the line, smart cities.
