Role
Who you are
- 2 to 4 years of experience in full cycle B2B sales — prospecting, demo and closing
- Native Portuguese speaker with a strong level of English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- You take full ownership of your pipeline and results, not just activity metrics
- Structured approach to pipeline management — you forecast accurately and follow up consistently
- Resilient and consistent in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS or B2B technology is highly valued
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
What the job involves
- As a Business Development Representative at Amenitiz, you will own the full sales cycle — from the first outreach to a signed contract
- This is not a meeting-booking role. You will prospect, run demos, handle objections and close deals, managing your pipeline and revenue contribution end-to-end
- Our customers are independent hoteliers across Europe: family-run properties, boutique hotels and small chains underserved by technology built for large chains. With over 15,000 customers and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, the product has strong market validation
- You will be selling a solution that makes a measurable difference — and you will own the entire process of getting them there
- Prospecting & pipeline generation: Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails and chat. Maintain high activity levels and build a consistent pipeline from scratch. You own your full funnel
- Discovery & qualification: Understand each prospect's current setup, their challenges and operational needs. Identify fit quickly, prioritise opportunities and position Amenitiz in a way that is relevant to each business
- Product demos: Run structured, tailored demonstrations that connect product features to real business problems. Make the decision easy and viable for the client
- Objection handling & closing: Navigate doubts, competitive comparisons and timing objections with confidence. Create urgency where it is earned. Close the deal
- Pipeline management: Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date. Forecast reliably and ensure no follow-up slips through
- Collaboration: Work with Sales leadership and peers to continuously sharpen your approach. Share market feedback, objection patterns and competitive insights to help the team improve
Our take
Amenitiz provides hoteliers, B&B owners, and rental property managers with a single platform for back-of-house operations. The company was co-founded in part by a pair of serial entrepreneurs and former hotel managers who were well aware of the industry pain points.
Streamlining all back-of-house operations into one platform is a shrewd move, as hotel managers often have to micro-manage multiple booking channels. Amenitiz’s offering also integrates with a hotel or B&B’s Property Management System (PMS), which is certainly a well-considered feature.
There’s little doubt that Amenitiz’s package solves plenty of problems and, with strong funding at its back, growth should be on the horizon. The company is using its 2025 funding to expand into more European markets, launch more products, and grow its team.
