People Operations Associate Generalist, Coinbase

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Coordinator roles
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration
• Experience working in a high-volume, shared service environment with a ticketing system (e.g., Jira or ServiceNow)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with global partners, provide regular updates, and drive timely resolutions
• Proven ability to critically think and problem-solve in ambiguous situations

• As a People Operations Associate Generalist, you will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional employee experience through repeatable and scalable HR tasks, projects and programs
• This role will report to the Manager, People Ops Americas
• Managing and triaging employee requests using Jira
• Executing tier 1 People Operations processes, such as new hire onboarding, benefits administration, talent acquisition, talent management, and employee experience
• Handling tier 2 processes and escalations that require troubleshooting and critical thinking
• Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to implement and deliver new processes and HR services
• Partnering with People Operations Process Specialists to identify process inefficiencies, suggest updates, and create automations
• Participating in department and cross-functional projects to drive improvements and innovation
