Role
Who you are
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations or creative operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Strong HubSpot fluency across workflows, segmentation, lifecycle, and QA
- Demonstrated experience building scalable marketing systems and processes from scratch
- Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with a track record of improving operational efficiency
Desirable
- Experience partnering closely with RevOps and Sales on funnel metrics and attribution
- Background managing creative workflows, asset pipelines, and review cycles
- Familiarity with AI-driven campaign triggers (e.g., Gong + HubSpot)
- Ability to design dashboards and reporting frameworks that inform decision making

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems that power Sage’s marketing engine
- You’ll play a critical role in ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly, workflows are thoughtfully built, and reporting accurately reflects performance
- This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Creative, and RevOps
- You’ll partner closely across teams to translate marketing initiatives into well-structured workflows, clean data, and measurable outcomes
- It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both improving processes and rolling up their sleeves to execute with precision
- This role is in-office three days per week in our New York City office (Tuesday–Thursday)
- Own end-to-end campaign process and execution, ensuring campaigns launch cleanly, on time, and with accurate tracking
- Manage day-to-day execution in HubSpot, including segmentation, workflow automation, lifecycle management, and QA
- Maintain campaign data hygiene, naming conventions, tagging frameworks, and source tracking
- Build and refine scalable marketing and creative operations workflows
- Partner with Growth, Creative, and RevOps to operationalize campaigns, improve funnel visibility, and strengthen reporting
- Continuously streamline and document processes to support scalability and cross-team alignment
Our take
In the event of an accident or fall, elder care facilities largely rely on outdated nurse call systems, which can mean residents wait longer than necessary to receive care or attention. Sage solves this problem by providing carers and institutions with a modern operating system.
Sage's caregiver app allows carers to identify patients in need of help, as well as providing tools for triage and the reviewing of care information. As one of the first companies to bring a data-driven approach to elder care in this way, Sage has received strong attention and raised impressive funding, most recently with the acquisition of $65M.
The age-tech market is growing steadily, and becoming more competitive, which means Sage will need to invest heavily in scaling its outreach in order to consolidate its progress. That said, it has established an early foothold which gives it a place to work from as it develops into the future.
