Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Sage

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations or creative operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Strong HubSpot fluency across workflows, segmentation, lifecycle, and QA
• Demonstrated experience building scalable marketing systems and processes from scratch
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with a track record of improving operational efficiency

• We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems that power Sage’s marketing engine
• You’ll play a critical role in ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly, workflows are thoughtfully built, and reporting accurately reflects performance
• This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Creative, and RevOps
• You’ll partner closely across teams to translate marketing initiatives into well-structured workflows, clean data, and measurable outcomes
• It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both improving processes and rolling up their sleeves to execute with precision
• This role is in-office three days per week in our New York City office (Tuesday–Thursday)
• Own end-to-end campaign process and execution, ensuring campaigns launch cleanly, on time, and with accurate tracking
• Manage day-to-day execution in HubSpot, including segmentation, workflow automation, lifecycle management, and QA
• Maintain campaign data hygiene, naming conventions, tagging frameworks, and source tracking
• Build and refine scalable marketing and creative operations workflows
• Partner with Growth, Creative, and RevOps to operationalize campaigns, improve funnel visibility, and strengthen reporting
• Continuously streamline and document processes to support scalability and cross-team alignment
