Role
Who you are
- We're looking for someone deeply curious, who leads with conviction and thrives when things move fast and change often
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in e-commerce technology. SaaS, API solutions, or adtech/martech
- A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to navigate dynamic stakeholder ecosystems, build consensus across disparate groups, and close highly customized commercial agreements
- Technical fluency. You can have credible conversations about APIs, data integrations, and AI/ML with engineering leaders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently and build connections from ICs to C-level executives
- A strategic, analytical approach to assessing markets combined with creative, tactical execution
- A "roll up your sleeves" mentality. You bring order to chaos and aren't above doing what needs to be done
- Genuine excitement about AI, ecommerce innovation, and building something that matters
What the job involves
- As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rokt, you'll drive revenue by securing strategic deals with top-tier brands and helping them unlock new value from the Transaction Moment
- You'll need to understand complex ecommerce ecosystems, navigate multi-stakeholder organizations, and position Rokt as a strategic partner, not a vendor
- You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to bring tailored solutions to market
- You'll develop deep expertise in your vertical, becoming a trusted advisor who can speak credibly to CMOs, CROs, and technical decision-makers alike
- Your ability to synthesize and represent customer feedback will directly shape our roadmap
- Own a revenue target and the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to complex enterprise closes
- Break into new enterprise accounts while expanding footprint within existing strategic customers
- Develop and execute vertical-specific GTM strategies, identifying high-value use cases for Rokt's platform
- Become a trusted advisor to customers: understand their business deeply, craft tailored solutions, and co-innovate on the product roadmap
- Lead with clear recommendations based on industry expertise; don't present menus, present solutions
- Prioritize lighthouse accounts that can serve as category-defining references
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Applied AI teams to bring new solutions to market
- Develop sales collateral, proposals, and presentations that position Rokt's differentiated value
- Continuously refine sales tactics and share best practices. We win as a team
Our take
eCommerce marketing company Rokt is helping brands leverage the power of good timing. With Rokt, brands can present their customers with AI-curated offers and messages at every stage in their transaction, at tailored times of the day, or to market themselves at the point of transaction on other major eCommerce sites.
The idea is that “transaction moments” are when shoppers are most inclined to engage further with the brand or its products - the success of Rokt’s clients, and the runaway success of Rokt itself, show that it's successfully cracked it.
Rokt has a strong client base that includes giants like PayPal, Groupon, GoDaddy, and Disney, and after hitting Unicorn status, it is eyeing up a US IPO. This should come as no surprise - the surge in eCommerce trade over recent years has led to most companies investing in tools to stay competitive.
Rokt has expanded its tool suite since it first started up, and will be focused on continuing to innovate to keep ahead of the MarTech pack, and abreast of changing demand in the rapidly shifting market. The eCommerce marketing tech sector has ballooned to a $120B global operation - Rokt is positioned comfortably to keep ahead.
